A Bit About What You Will Do…
The Assistant Spa Manager ensures that the highest standards of customer care and therapy procedures are followed, in order to ensure the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
- Assist therapists and receptionists in reporting any issues/complaints/problems.
- Report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager.
- Ensure therapists and receptionists provide excellent customer service and sales.
- Monitor stock levels and ordering of treatment, retail and locker room products.
- Conduct interviews and trade tests for team members.
- Address minor disciplinary issues with team members.
- Develop team members through training in customer service and sales techniques.
- Pay attention to budgets and targets, helping to generate business.
- Assist in the promotion of treatments and spa days.
- Write rotas for the spa team ensuring all shifts are covered.
