This is a proper Senior QS role… You'll have responsibility for the commercial performance of projects, but just as importantly, you'll be someone the wider project team can lean on when it comes to contracts, risk, valuations, variations and those inevitable conversations around money. We're working with an established project-led business within the construction sector that is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial function. There's a good mix here. You'll still be hands-on with projects and clients, but you'll also have responsibility for supporting and developing the wider QS team. We're not looking for someone from one incredibly narrow industry background. If you've worked within
