The Agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Coalville and currently has two vacancies available for experienced Forklift Drivers / Machine Operators. These are hands-on roles combining forklift truck operation with machine operating duties within a busy production environment.

Available Positions:

  • Position 1: Morning Shift Monday to Friday 5:00am start
  • Position 2: Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday 3pm start

Duties Include:

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving stock and materials around the site
  • Feeding materials into production machinery
  • Operating machinery following training and procedures
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Completing production and stock records
  • Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Previous forklift driving experience
  • Experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or logistics environments
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
