The Agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Coalville and currently has two vacancies available for experienced Forklift Drivers / Machine Operators. These are hands-on roles combining forklift truck operation with machine operating duties within a busy production environment.
Available Positions:
- Position 1: Morning Shift Monday to Friday 5:00am start
- Position 2: Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday 3pm start
Duties Include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock and materials around the site
- Feeding materials into production machinery
- Operating machinery following training and procedures
- Carrying out quality checks
- Completing production and stock records
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous forklift driving experience
- Experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or logistics environments
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
