This role requires frequent travel onsite to customers within Northern Ireland
About you:
You have a background in hospitality and understand how technology helps teams work more efficiently. You enjoy building strong relationships and can communicate confidently with a wide range of people, including customers, colleagues and senior stakeholders. You're curious, always looking to learn, and you take a customer-first approach to everything you do. You enjoy identifying opportunities, solving problems and helping customers get the most value from your software.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive account management and regular engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, identifying opportunities to improve customer efficiency and support revenue growth through Access solutions.
- Work closely with teams across the business, including Customer Success, Marketing, Support and Pre-Sales, to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
- Demonstrate hospitality software solutions, provide tailored recommendations and support customers in achieving their business goals.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in hospitality technology, such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (PoS), conference and banqueting systems, or distribution platforms.
- Knowledge of, or an interest in learning, the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Experience using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Confidence presenting and demonstrating software solutions both remotely and in person.
