Requirements Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Experience as a Creative in an advertising / social agency or similar. Use strong copywriting skills to generate copy, ideas and concepts that best meet the brief. A portfolio of exciting creative work in both the conceptual and social space. Copywriting experience (and examples) for different clients, demonstrating a variety of tones. The ability to demonstrate initiative, take responsibility and work flexibly and independently. Good written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas clearly and to brief. A hunger to create outstanding, award-winning work. Experience in presenting your ideas to clients. Exceptional soft skills. Experience of leading creative for a social first brief – a knowledge of the social landscape. Must have a good understanding of how content is created, published and shared.
