You'll lead one of the agency's most important client partnerships, working across Planning, Activation, Trading and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional client service and business performance.
This role sits at the heart of one of the7stars' largest and most prestigious accounts.
As Client Partner, you'll lead the overall relationship across planning, activation and trading, while acting as the senior strategic partner to the client.
You'll be responsible for driving outstanding performance across a significant planning team, orchestrating collaboration across specialist teams, and building strong partnerships with media owners to ensure the very best outcomes for both client and agency.
The account represents significant investment across brand and performance media, requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking, commercial understanding and inspirational leadership while continually looking for opportunities to grow and strengthen the partnership.
Responsibilities
- You'll lead and motivate a high-performing planning team, ensuring exceptional client service, strategic thinking and executional excellence across the account.
- You'll create an environment where people can thrive, providing coaching, development and regular feedback while tackling difficult performance conversations where needed.
You'll delegate effectively, help your team prioritise, and create opportunities for individuals to grow and progress within the business.
- You'll also contribute to the wider commercial success of the agency, ensuring your team delivers consistently high standards whilst fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Performance & Planning
- You'll champion a planning approach that balances creativity and innovation with commercial performance.
- Working across both brand and performance activity, you'll ensure planning recommendations are strategically robust, insight-led and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
You'll have an excellent understanding of the full media landscape and what genuinely drives client performance in both the short and long term.
- Client Business Partner
- You'll establish yourself as the client's trusted strategic partner, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and becoming the first point of contact across the partnership.
- You'll confidently advise and challenge clients where appropriate, helping solve wider business challenges while identifying opportunities to deepen and grow the relationship.
As the senior lead on the account, you'll also act as the key escalation point, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
- You'll lead collaboration between Planning, Activation and Trading teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and to the highest possible standard.
- You'll establish effective ways of working across teams, creating clear processes and strong relationships that enable excellent execution.
You'll also provide leadership when challenges arise, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and communicated effectively both internally and with the client.
- You'll play a key role in the commercial success of the account, working closely with Commercial teams to ensure planning, activation and trading remain fully aligned.
- You'll stay close to trading developments, commercial opportunities and forecasting, ensuring these considerations are reflected in planning recommendations while supporting the agency's wider commercial objectives.
- Media Partner Relationships
