We are looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join one of the fastest growing teams within the agency. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic programmatic specialist with a track record of account management responsibilities. You will join our growing team in a client-facing role responsible for the planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of activity across various DSP platforms including DV360, Trade Desk, Yahoo, Quantcast, and Amazon.

This role offers ownership of client relationships from a programmatic perspective and the opportunity to support senior management with various projects. You will work with exciting brands across a variety of channels including digital OOH, YouTube, Connected TV, Audio, Video, and Display.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in applying programmatic buying strategies.
  • Manage some of the biggest clients in the agency on all things Programmatic.
  • Be a line manager and mentor to junior traders in the team.
  • Deliver best in class and market-leading programmatic media plans across multiple channels.
  • Drive innovation and creativity to win awards for our clients.
  • Work closely with Client teams to ensure all plans adhere to business objectives and key KPIs.
  • Assist with the management and delivery of audit guarantees across PRF Clients.
  • Develop media owner relationships to seek out new opportunities for clients.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the programmatic sector and contribute to wider digital testing roadmaps.
  • Present analysis, updates, and strategic recommendations confidently.
  • Ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in a programmatic planning and/or buying role.
  • Hands-on experience working in various DSPs (ideally DV360 & The Trade Desk).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and produce proactive solutions.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of all media channels.
