We’re currently seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Operative to support the general upkeep and maintenance of our premises.
Role Summary: The Maintenance Operative will be responsible for ensuring the club is well-maintained, safe, and presentable. This hands-on role involves general repairs, basic plumbing, painting and decorating, and minor groundskeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the premises.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks.
- Identify and report more complex issues that require specialist contractors.
- Ensure public areas, fixtures, and fittings are kept in good condition.
- Support setting up or clearing down for club events as required.
- Maintain outdoor spaces including basic gardening or litter picking.
