The3rdOne Games seeks a dynamic, technically proficient, and collaborative Senior Lead Advanced Gameplay Engineer with expertise in Unreal Engine. You will become an integral part of our team, focusing on gameplay, AI, and networking during the initial to middle phases of game development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of professional experience as an engineer, including 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience working within Unreal Engine 5.
- Experience leading a team through all stages of development and servicing of a game title.
- Experience developing multiplayer online action games.
- Experience with C++ and Gameplay Ability System (EPIC).
- Experience with Unreal Engine's AI framework.
