Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Conceptual Creative to join our Strategy & Creative team.
The ideal candidate will be at the heart of our creative process, contributing to concept development, art direction and writing.
Working closely with designers, strategists, and account team, you will enhance the creative work at every stage, ensuring that our brand voices are consistent and impactful.
Your role will encompass a wide range of projects including positioning and repositioning, brand creation and rebranding, campaign, social and more.
You will engage with various creative disciplines and deliverables, from platform ideas to film scripts to social content.
- Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for multi-channel brand campaigns and content initiatives.
- Execute the concepts through intelligent, original and contemporary art direction and compelling and engaging copy for various mediums, including digital, social media, and film.
- Collaborate closely with design, strategy, and client teams to ensure cohesive and effective solutions.
- Contribute to creative strategy development. Champion and extol clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
- Stay informed about industry trends, practices, and emerging tech to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Allocation of Time
This role is 4 days in the office/1 day working from home with some time required at external shoots

- Proven experience as a creative or social creative in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong conceptual thinking and strategic mindset
- Excellent art direction and design knowledge.
- Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail and creativity
- Portfolio showcasing a range of concepts across different mediums and industries
- Social and digital literacy
- Performance mentality, an appreciation of data, measurement and analytics to track effectiveness
Qualifications
Relevant academic qualifications in English, Communication, Design and comms, Creative Writing, Advertising, etc., though not necessarily required.
