THE·TEAM are looking for a Master Data Administrator to join our Shared Service Centre. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be based in our Orpington office Monday to Friday.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Processing new suppliers and customers data on Workday.
- Managing existing data for suppliers and customers.
- Assist suppliers on the invoicing portal.
- Assist in mass data changes.
- Maintaining the Master Data service desk to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collecting, formatting and uploading carbon reporting data to a centralized repository.
- Managing company credit cards, including creating new cards and credit limits across different banking platforms and doing spend analysis.
- Run Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and supplier compliance checks.
- Assist the procurement and legal teams in reviewing supplier contracts.
- Ensure data controls are enforced.
- Support the implementation of process efficiencies & contribute towards a high standard, continuous improvement culture.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
