OVERVIEW: Sitting as part of an established team of passionate and expert experiential marketeers and project managers, the successful candidate will be a team player who can hit the ground running, thrive in a high paced environment (office & on sites around the world), love to multi-task and need minimal guidance whilst bringing a wealth of expertise and recommendations from the world of Experiential and Events. This role would be full time, starting in September 2026.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead the production and delivery of integrated campaigns, live events, broadcast and show productions, content initiatives, and digital, virtual or hybrid experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from briefing through execution and post-project evaluation.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, proposals, timelines, schedules and statements of work.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, partners and rights holders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams.
