THE•TEAM is looking for a sharp, organized and culturally aware Social Media Coordinator to support content execution and day-to-day social operations across THE•TEAM’s EMEA/APAC-based corporate social channels and broader social ecosystem. Reporting into the EMEA/APAC Social Lead, this role will work closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams and communications stakeholders to help execute thoughtful, platform-native content across THE•TEAM-owned channels. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their social media career who is passionate about storytelling, internet culture and evolving platform behavior, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong writing instincts and a deep interest in social media, culture and audience engagement. A key focus of this role will be supporting publishing workflows, content coordination, community management, social listening and real-time execution while helping maintain consistency and quality across THE•TEAM’s EMEA/APAC social presence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day management and execution across THE•TEAM-owned EMEA/APAC corporate social channels.
- Assist with content scheduling, publishing and platform maintenance across priority social platforms.
- Support Social Media Managers with content coordination, publishing workflows and social-first execution across campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives and cultural conversations.
- Draft social copy and assist with content building across formats including short-form video, carousels, Stories and real-time content.
- Support community management and audience engagement while helping maintain THE•TEAM’s voice, tone and editorial standards.
- Monitor trends, conversations and emerging platform behaviors to identify culturally relevant opportunities and content inspiration.
- Conduct social listening across sports, entertainment, media and culture landscapes.
- Assist with content organization, asset management and internal workflow coordination across teams and stakeholders.
- Support real-time social coverage during events, launches, campaigns and major company moments when needed.
- Assist with reporting, performance tracking and gathering insights to support future content optimization.
- Collaborate closely with social, creative and communications teams to support broader marketing and storytelling initiatives.
- Support onsite content capture and social execution for select shoots, productions and events when needed.
Skills / Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of agency-side, brand or creator-focused social media experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture and evolving social best practices.
- Familiarity with native platform analytics and social management tools such as Sprinklr or similar platforms preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- High standard of excellence, adaptability and willingness to work nontraditional hours when needed around live moments and events.
- Video capture and editing capabilities (CapCut, Edits, Premiere Pro, etc.) preferred.
- Strong awareness of trends across sports, entertainment, media and internet culture.
- Passion for storytelling, audience behavior and platform-native content.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack and Box.
- Passion for and experience working natively in TikTok is a bonus.
