Analytics Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and analytical models, with a strong focus on building, testing, and scaling machine learning solutions within Databricks. This role bridges the gap between data engineering and data science, enabling scalable insights and predictive capabilities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines including feature engineering and model feature pipelines primarily in Databricks.
• Productionize and support ML machine learning models for forecasting, classification, and clustering tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative but production‑ready solutions.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, cost‑efficiency, and reliability.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation standards are met.
• Monitor and maintain ML models in production, including retraining and performance tuning.
