The Zetter in London is seeking a Reservations Executive to join our boutique hotels and Parlours.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle enquiries, and ensure every booking is accurate, seamless and welcoming.

Based in our London location, you will work closely with Front Office, Revenue and Sales teams to deliver outstanding service while supporting occupancy and revenue goals.

A warm, service-led approach is essential.
