Night Duty Manager Full Time | 4 Days On, 3 Days Off
The Role
The Night Duty Manager is responsible for supporting the smooth, safe, and efficient overnight operation of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards throughout the night.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work confidently as part of the overnight team. The Night Duty Manager will work alongside the Night Manager and/or Night Receptionist, supporting the wider night operation and ensuring that guests receive a consistently high level of service throughout their stay.
The role will involve supporting late arrivals and early departures, handling guest queries and incidents with professionalism and discretion, assisting with overnight front-of-house responsibilities, and helping to maintain the security, cleanliness, and overall standards of the property throughout the night.
The Night Duty Manager will also provide holiday cover for Night Staff when required, ensuring continuity of service and operational support across the night team.
This is a full-time position working a 4 days on, 3 days off shift pattern, offering a consistent schedule while providing flexibility to support the wider overnight operation.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in a busy overnight hospitality environment. You will be comfortable working independently when required, while also being a supportive and collaborative member of the night team.
