We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering memorable events and group experiences as part of our amazing team. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating details, and being part of a business experiencing real growth (with a little organised chaos along the way!), we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline
- Represent the brand through meetings, events, and client visits
- Manage and grow key client relationships to support repeat business
- Handle incoming sales enquiries, ensuring responses are timely, accurate with clear, compelling proposals
- Follow up on leads to drive conversion and maintain accurate CRM records
- Plan and coordinate events from enquiry through to delivery
- At least 2 years previous experience in a sales role, ideally within hospitality, travel, events, lifestyle, or service-led industries
- A relationship-led approach with strong interpersonal skills and natural confidence
- Commercially aware with motivation to drive revenue and performance outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, guest-friendly style
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and confident working with reporting and targets
- Experience using Opera Cloud and Opera Sales & Catering would be a plus
- A proactive, energetic mindset — you enjoy building connections and making things happen
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally further if required
