You will oversee the on-the-day execution of the day to day as well as events, ensuring every detail is delivered smoothly, professionally, and in line with our standards here at The Zetter. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong organisation, calm decision-making, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will lead event teams on shift, coordinate logistics across departments, and act as the main point of contact during events, ensuring guests and clients feel confident, cared for, and impressed.
