Service: Prepare and serve a full range of coffee, tea, and speciality beverages to brand and quality standards.
Provide warm, attentive, personalised service for all guests.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting service area.
Respond to guest feedback calmly, professionally, and proactively.
Operational
Duties: Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and point-of-sale systems safely and confidently.
Ensure correct food handling, hygiene, and allergen practices at all times.
Maintain stock levels, restock displays, and notify managers of shortages.
Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
Quality & Standards: Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste.
Calibrate equipment daily and monitor product freshness.
