The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight period, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and smooth hotel functioning. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams independently. The Night Manager acts as the senior decision-maker on site overnight and provides critical operational continuity between day shifts.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to remain calm, alert, and effective in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
