About the Role Guest Service Excellence
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests.
- Assist guests in menu selections, offering recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure a seamless and delightful experience for every guest.
- Order Management
- Take accurate and detailed orders from guests, catering to individual preferences.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise order preparation.
- Handle special requests and dietary requirements with efficiency and attention.
- Table Maintenance
- Set up dining areas with attention to detail, including table settings and cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage the flow of service, clearing tables promptly to maintain a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist in restocking and organizing station as needed.
- Product Knowledge
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
- Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
