We are looking for energetic and personable Front of House Team Members who are passionate about hospitality and guest service. You will be the face of the business, creating memorable guest experiences through warm welcomes, efficient service, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and create a positive first impression, including seating them warmly and professionally.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Explain menu items and make recommendations confidently, including dietary enquiries.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests efficiently.
  • Process payments using EPOS systems.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and overall venue.
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues, including feedback.
  • Support takeaway, collection, and pre‑order services.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
