About the Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our Founder & CEO and the wider team to expand our reach, grow our customer segments, and unlock new commercial opportunities.

You’ll lead growth initiatives with autonomy and creativity, combining data-driven insights with an empathetic understanding of our community. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Individual ownership:

• Lead international market research and competitive analysis
• Identify and grow new customer and community segments
• Devise and execute B2B initiatives and partnerships
• Plan and manage PR, outreach and thought leadership
• Explore and negotiate strategic collaborations
• Report on campaign performance, insights and ROI

Team collaboration:

• Co-develop and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns

Contribute to product and service development roadmaps

What We\’re Looking For

• Degree-level education
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development
• Proven track record in hitting growth and commercial KPIs
• Experience with integrated marketing strategies across channels
• Strong execution ability in brand communications, advertising, and events
• A passion for improving lives through healthcare and wellbeing innovation
