The Youth Education Service are working with a fantastic special school in Leasowe, Wirral who are looking for a caring and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term role starting as soon as possible and continuing into September. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to move onto a permanent school contract after 12 weeks.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs in the classroom. You will help pupils stay engaged, build confidence and feel supported throughout the school day. The school are looking for someone who is patient, resilient and able to build positive relationships with children and young people.
You Will Be Supporting Pupils With:
- Learning and classroom activities

- 1:1, small group and whole-class support
- Daily routines and positive engagement
