The Young Ealing Foundation is looking for a passionate Play & Youth Worker to provide maternity cover for a key role focused on supporting after-school clubs and youth sessions for children aged 8–19. This part-time position, covering 16 hours a week across Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, entails delivering engaging activities and fostering positive relationships between young people.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a nurturing environment, helping young individuals develop confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging. The role involves facilitating various programs, including after-school clubs, girls' clubs, and cooking activities, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants.
