Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Knowledge of safeguarding best practices for children.
- Ability to carry out assessments and co-produce individual support plans.
- Experience in completing risk assessments and making referrals.
- Ability to develop support programmes.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Understanding of intimate teen violence.
- Confidence to work within educational services.
- Ability to deliver group work.
- Understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Knowledge of ACEs and trauma-informed interventions.

- Understanding issues affecting children who have experienced domestic violence and abuse.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion responsibilities.
