As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will be assisting the people we work with to live the life they want. You will provide safe, person-centred support to promote independent living skills and help make clients' hopes and wishes a reality.
Location: Waterlooville
Salary: £15,874 pa for 25 hours per week plus £625 pa R&R allowance (£25,397 / £1000 R&R allowance FTE)
Requirements:
- Be prepared to travel to work in the Waterlooville area
- Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Experience supporting people with various needs
- Promote and encourage independence
- Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written
- Confident to work alone
