As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will be assisting the people we work with to live the life they want. You will provide safe, person-centred support to promote independent living skills and help make clients' hopes and wishes a reality.

Location: Waterlooville

Salary: £15,874 pa for 25 hours per week plus £625 pa R&R allowance (£25,397 / £1000 R&R allowance FTE)

Requirements:

  • Be prepared to travel to work in the Waterlooville area
  • Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Experience supporting people with various needs
  • Promote and encourage independence
  • Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written
  • Confident to work alone
  • No visa restrictions

The Role: We have an exciting opportunity to work alongside people with disabilities across Hampshire. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will help clients live fulfilling lives by providing safe, person-centred support, including assistance with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a home. Some clients may require full personal care, including toilet support, bathing, hoist use, and routine bed turning. Experience in this area would be beneficial but is not essential.
