You’ll be helping out with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and getting out into the community. Some clients may also need help with personal care, including toileting. Your role is to provide safe, person-centred support to boost our clients independence and help them live their lives the way they want to.
Every day is different in this job, so you’ll need to be flexible, patient, caring, and kind. Having experience with clients who have learning disabilities is a plus, but it’s not a must since we offer thorough training to help all our staff feel confident in their roles.
We also have an in-house Bank Worker service called Premier Crew, and we’re hiring Premier Crew workers for this service too, which is also advertised separately.

You need to be professional and proactive in all that you do, with a motivational, encouraging and supportive approach with clients and colleagues alike. We also want people who will share their successes and promote the excellence of the service wherever they go.
We are a disability confident employer.
