The Role
Bank Support Worker (internally known as Premier Crew)
Location: Various locations across the New Forest
Rate of Pay: £14.16 per hour (Mon – Fri) to £17.58 per hour (Sat & Sun)
We are looking for compassionate individuals who are willing to work across our sites in the New Forest.

Our team make a real difference in people\\\’s lives. Our staff support clients to go out for meals or a cup of coffee and even go on the odd shopping trip. How often do you get to do all of these fun things in a day job?
We also assist clients to find work or volunteering opportunities, access education at local colleges, get involved in community events, as well as helping with budgeting support, some aspects of personal care, cooking and cleaning and maintaining a home.
About You
- Are you enthusiastic?

- Are you trustworthy and reliable?
- Do you have at least 1 year experience working in a multi room residential setting supporting vulnerable adults?
- Full driving licence preferred but not essential
