The YOU Trust LTD in New Milton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Hazelgrove and Martingrove. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them live independently and with dignity in the community and within the service.
You will work with a caring, patient and enthusiastic approach, follow support plans, assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, and collaborate with a team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
