Salary: From £26,397 per year + Additional Enhancements for Weekend and Night Shifts.
Full Time (40 hours)
Location: Blackfield, New Forest
Contract Type: Permanent, to start as soon as possible.
(£25,397 basic salary plus standard £1000 Market Rate Allowance applied to all Support Workers working in Blackfield)

The Role
We\’re recruiting for a Male Support Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Service in Blackfield, located in The New Forest. This is a great chance to help clients with learning disabilities manage different parts of their lives in a Supported Living setting. You\’ll be helping out with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and getting out into the community. Some clients may also need help with personal care, including toileting.
Your role is to provide safe, person-centred support to boost our clients independence and help them live their lives the way they want to.
Every day is different in this job, so you\’ll need to be flexible, patient, caring, and kind. Having experience with clients who have learning disabilities is a plus, but it\’s not a must since we offer thorough training to help all our staff feel confident in their roles.
For this role, we\’re specifically looking for a Male Support Worker due to the personal care needs of our clients. However, we also have positions for Female workers in this service, advertised separately.
We also have an in-house Bank Worker service called Premier Crew, and we\’re hiring Premier Crew workers for this service too, which is also advertised separately.
