The predicted salary is between 26768 - 26768 £ per year.

Roles cover East Hampshire.

Salary: £26,768pa FTE (salary will be pro‑rated for Part Time). Mileage paid at 45p per mile up to 10,000 miles and paid at 25p per mile thereafter as per HMRC guidelines.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time and Part Time hours can be considered.

Must have a driving licence and access to a car for work use. This role is only open to female applicants. Please note that, in line with the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9 Part 1, there is a genuine occupational requirement for this post to be filled by a female worker.

Essential Criteria:

  • Car Driver with access to a vehicle for work, business insurance and be prepared to travel to work across Hampshire when required.
  • Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays according to the needs of those we work with.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people.
  • Understand and promote independence.
  • Understand the needs of vulnerable people / people with a learning disability.
  • Good communication skills: verbal, non‑verbal, and written.

The role of the Support Partner is to provide excellent and flexible person‑centred support across Hampshire in line with YOU’s values at all times. The role is multi‑faceted and includes time‑limited enablement support to help someone learn a new skill at home or in the community; community‑based support where small groups are supported to access volunteering, occupational, social and leisure activities; and homecare where individuals are supported with personal care, housing support, budgeting, social and daily living activities and emotional support.
