Location: Farnborough and Yateley

Salary: £15.72 (Mon - Fri) to £19.29 (Weekends)

Contract Type: Sessional

Our Premier Crew Sessional Support Workers are responsible for providing replacement staff cover across our range of Disability services. Workers must be flexible, take the time to understand and listen to people, and deliver needs led community support. Quality standards must be upheld at all times to meet the relevant local and national requirements, as well as maintaining our organisational values and standards as set out in our policies and procedures in accordance with best practice.

The people in our Disability Services have told us they are looking for someone to support them who is fun to be with and has a good sense of humour to help them become more independent and achieve what they need when they need it. Their interests are wide and varied and include sailing, swimming, gardening, going to the cinema/theatre, going out for meals and lots of different leisure activities. In addition they want support with gaining daily life skills such as personal care, medication, shopping, cooking, keeping their house clean, support to budget and not get into debt. They want a hardworking, reliable, polite, friendly and respectful person to do these things with.
