The Role
YOU is a unique not-for-profit provider with a diverse portfolio operating in the south of England. The Trust delivers in 5 key areas:

Our two Director of Operations roles lead this activity and are critical to continuing to deliver safe, high-quality, effective services. Our two Directors of Operations, whilst having distinct accountabilities, work closely together and collaboratively so that our service impact across six counties is resilient, compliant, and safe.
About You
First and foremost, you will be an experienced and successful Operational Service leader with a strong track record in leading the services that YOU deliver. Specifically, to complement our existing Director of Operations, we are seeking an individual who has supported victims of domestic abuse, community safety and Violence Against Women and Girls, and with experience of a range of health and social care service leadership. Equally, you will be passionate about fairness, delivering high-quality, and making a real difference to people. You will ensure that our operations run smoothly, sustainably and in line with regulatory standards, enabling us to improve outcomes for the people we support.
You will have experience of:
- Strategic leadership of operations and service delivery across a wide portfolio of services
- Oversight of health and social care regulation, compliance, quality, and safeguarding
- Managing and developing operational teams
- Leading organisational planning, performance, and risk management
- Budget oversight and resource planning
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Building partnerships with commissioners, local authorities, NHS bodies, and community organisations
- Supporting business development by being the subject matter expert in potential tendering opportunities and new business development
- Report writing to provide accurate and detailed information to Senior Personnel and Trustees
- Developing and implementing Voice, Engagement and Co-production
