The YOU Trust is seeking a Family Safeguarding DVA Worker for Mendip, Somerset (office in Shepton Mallet). You will provide practical and emotional support, undertake risk and need assessments, and develop personalised support plans to help clients move forward.
You will work with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support, maintain confidential records, manage safeguarding concerns, and advocate on behalf of clients to improve safety and outcomes.
