The D2C and eCommerce manager (D&E) role will take full ownership of a portfolio of our brand website and priority eCommerce accounts (Amazon, LoveHoney). This is a business critical role for a growing consumer healthcare business with bold ambitions in the UK and US.
Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director (SMD), the D&E manager will be responsible for driving net sales in both channels via improved sell out, subscription loyalty, executional excellence and profit.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Ownership & Growth
- Own the D2C & eCommerce channel growth plan aligned with commercial objectives to deliver profitable sell out growth.
- Track & report on core KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, repeat rate, margin and unit economics.
- On-Site Experience & Conversion Optimisation
- Lead optimisation of the end-to-end customer journey across all storefronts to improve funnel performance.
- Oversee CRM & lifecycle strategy (email, subscription, loyalty, win-back) to drive retention and LTV.
- Implement test & learn opportunities aligned to channel goals.
- Ensure product pages, bundles, pricing and merchandising reflect brand positioning and commercial priorities.
- Strategic Account Management
- Act as the commercial owner for Amazon & other pureplay accounts, leading the relationships and defining targets for profitable growth.
- Manage our Amazon agency support to deliver best in class execution across PDP, brand storefront, pricing and promotional strategy & subscribe & save.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Own D2C & eCommerce forecasting in collaboration with Demand Planning.
- Work cross-functionally to translate brand strategy into effective channel execution, in the absence of a dedicated retail marketing team.
- Contribute to building scalable processes and ways of working suitable for a growing business.
- Provide regular performance reports to SMD & Finance Director including sales vs target, forecast updates and risks/opportunities by channel.
- 4+ years’ experience in D2C & eCommerce growing consumer facing brands (ideally in personal care or health & wellness).
- Strong understanding of acquisition, conversion and retention as well as commercial metrics (sell out, revenue, profit).
- Hands on experience with Shopify & Klaviyo a plus.
- Experience working across international markets is advantageous, particularly US experience.
