If you’re a talented Digital Copywriter and want to join a sector-leading agency working with financial advisers and planners, we\’d love to hear from you! On any given day, you will: Run website discovery meetings with our clients Liaise with new clients – from the conception of their website to completion Write stellar web copy – that empathises and engages with visitors to their website Tailor your content and style of writing to the target audience – you\’re not writing for our client; you\’re writing for theirs Brief our web development team on the project, ensuring design and development seamlessly complement your copy Help us become the go-to marketing agency specialising in financial services This is a varied and interesting role. You will play a crucial part in developing new digital content for our clients. A fast-growing, busy and social team We’re a marketing agency that specialises in the financial services sector. In fact, based on Google reviews, we’re the highest-rated agency in that sector. We service the marketing needs of financial advisers, planners, networks, investment houses and product providers. Niche, isn’t it? That’s a great thing because it means we inherently know who we work with and their typical needs. We’ve grown rapidly since our head honcho, Phil Bray, started the business in 2017, and to continue that growth, we need to add more talent to the team. You will be expected to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality. We want someone who isn’t afraid of being held to high standards. As Steve Jobs said: “Be a yardstick of quality. If you’re the person we’re looking for, we need you to be able to demonstrate: Proficiency in writing engaging web content (please include examples of your work with your application. If you don’t include a portfolio, we won’t be able to consider you, and we don’t want that) Strong listening skills so that you can understand what the client wants and effectively develop the project brief That you can offer and accept constructive feedback to constantly improve the quality of your work Being organised – having the ability to manage multiple projects, often to strict deadlines Being happy to challenge clients if they suggest ideas and options we know won’t work A grasp of all things personal finance (or at least a willingness to learn) The ability to work independently and flexibly Excellent communication skills are essential A keen eye for detail and consistency.
