Wyre Forest Health Partnership & WFNIPs is seeking a Financial Resilience Coordinator to join our Neighbourhood Outreach Team. The role works across primary care, community services and the voluntary sector to help residents experiencing financial pressures, debt and deprivation navigate support and build longer-term resilience.
You will provide hands-on casework, advocacy and practical support rather than signposting, with strong emphasis on referrals, home visits and effective partnerships
