The Role:

4. Mentor and support a team of English teachers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing department.

2. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

5. Has excellent subject knowledge across all key stages, including grammar, literature, and creative writing.
