The Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen team — overseeing your section, supporting junior chefs, and helping deliver the high standards of food quality and consistency that define the Wright Brothers experience. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section while contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen. You’ll lead by example during service, maintain exceptional standards, and support the development of the wider kitchen team. You’ll bring strong technical ability, organisation, and a passion for quality ingredients, helping us continue to deliver exceptional seafood and hospitality experiences to every guest.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring smooth preparation and service at all times
  • Work confidently across all kitchen sections during both prep and service
  • Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality
  • Ensure all mise‑en‑place is completed efficiently to company standards
  • Support and guide CDP's and Commis Chefs during prep and service
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to coordinate production, ordering, and service
  • Help train and develop junior kitchen team members to maintain consistency and standards
  • Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is delivered at the correct temperature and presentation standard
  • Monitor stock rotation, storage, and food safety procedures to minimise waste
  • Support stock control, ordering, and cost management within your section
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health
