At Wright Brothers, we’ve been sourcing and serving exceptional sustainable seafood for over 20 years. What started with our co-founders Ben Wright and Robin Hancock selling oysters has grown into the UK’s leading seafood supplier, Wright Brothers Wholesale, delivering premium seafood to over 500 restaurants across the country. Today our story continues through our thriving restaurants and our online fishmonger, Wright Brothers at Home, bringing the same quality seafood direct to homes nationwide. We are proud to operate three restaurants in some of London’s most iconic food destinations: Battersea Power Station, Borough Market and South Kensington. At Wright Brothers it’s simple: work hard, be nice to people, and be kind to our planet.

- Monitor stock rotation, storage, and food safety procedures to minimise waste.
- Support stock control, ordering, and cost management within your section.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety throughout the kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen procedures and company policies are followed correctly.
- Report maintenance issues and support the safe use of kitchen equipment.
- Contribute ideas and support menu development, production planning, and kitchen organisation.
We’re passionate about knowledge and development – whether that’s understanding the story behind our seafood, the provenance of our wines, or the people who supply us.
