If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and love getting to know the locals, come and be part of the iconic Borough Market! We are looking for a fun and hands‑on bartender with great personality to join our busy front‑of‑house crew. Pouring the perfect pint and making a killer Espresso Martini is important, but our bartenders are mainly passionate, reliable and always willing to expand their knowledge in exchange for development.

Here at Wright Brothers we value everyone’s creativity and imagination, especially when it comes to creating new menus – all bartenders have a chance to show off their skills and are encouraged to create seasonal cocktails for our menus and cocktail competitions.

A little bit about us. Borough is our original restaurant. It’s intimate, informal and never, ever dull. We have guests and team members that have been part of our journey for years. We value everyone that walks through our doors whether it’s a thirsty guest or a charismatic bartender. Wright Brothers is known for its incredible and ethically sourced seafood. We strive to deliver only the best. We take great pride in serving the perfect pint of Guinness alongside our deliciously fresh oysters daily from our very own Wright Brothers Wholesale – it doesn’t get better than that.

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position and environment is required. We look forward to welcoming you to the Wright Brothers family!
