Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across our menu of delicious British cuisine, featuring seasonal produce and dishes from London’s oldest butcher.
- Develop and innovate menus, elevating pub classics with seasonal flair and creating dishes that truly impress our guests.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, health, and safety (HACCP) within the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and cost control to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow, even during our busiest periods, maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step, ideally within a busy pub or restaurant setting.
