This is an exciting opportunity to join our inclusion team, as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant based in our Resource Base. All students in our Resource Base have an EHCP, with their primary need being Moderate Learning Difficulty (MLD).
The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the inclusion team, to help embed the vision and values of The Wren as we strive to offer an exceptional education to all. The successful candidate will be forward thinking, able to work independently as well as part of a team and be willing to invest time in building relationships with our students.
You will be a key individual in helping students regulate their emotions, build self-esteem, and re-engage with their learning.
