Position: Care and Support Worker

Location: Maywood, Planks Lane, Wombourne, WV5 8AR

Contract: Part time / Fixed term for 12 months

Working Hours: 15

We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals who can demonstrate that they uphold our values to ensure the services to our customers are excellent. As a Care and Support Worker you will influence daily life in a 52-apartment setting, supporting 17 individuals with various needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and medication management
  • Planning and preparing meals, and assisting with social activities such as bingo, live music, gardening, indoor bowling, and craft sessions
  • Offering companionship and serving as a chaperone when needed
  • Cultivating a supportive environment that promotes dignity, respect, inclusivity, and integrity
