Surveying Technician Apprentice in Telford

As our Surveying Technician Apprentice, you will help keep our properties safe, compliant, and well maintained, while gaining a qualification that opens the door to a fulfilling future in property compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping gather and update compliance data from service visits and inspections
• Assisting in office and on-site tasks like surveys, contract meetings, and valuation
• Supporting health and safety processes and working closely with internal teams and external contractors
• Keeping accurate records and updating key information systems
• Helping with costings, procurement exercises, and planning processes

What we are looking for:

• 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including Maths, and English.
• A clear and confident communicator with strong people skills
• The ability to be methodical in your work
• A real enthusiasm for learning and self-development
• Great IT skills – especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
• Professional, respectful, and reliable
• A current driving licence is desirable but not essential
