At Housing Plus Group, We Create Places People Are Proud to Call Home. We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on individual to join us as a Plasterer Apprentice — someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
What You’ll Do
- Get stuck into real work alongside experienced tradespeople
- Learn core skills in plastering
- Support maintenance work in both occupied and empty properties
- Deliver excellent customer service while learning on the job
- Keep our homes looking great inside and out — and build skills for life

What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 3 (D) or above (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Good communication and a team mindset
- Reliability and a real sense of pride in your work
- A passion for helping people and solving problems
- Ideally working towards a full UK driving licence
- The ability to travel to Dudley College one day a week
We can offer you
