We are looking for an individual who can undertake high quality grounds maintenance and landscaping duties across the Group’s portfolio of properties. Using a wide range of machines and tools to complete grass cutting, pruning, weeding and all other associated activities in a safe and professional manner.

What You will Need:

  • You will need to hold a full clean driving licence with the ability to drive a 35cwt pick up.
  • You will have relevant horticultural knowledge and experience.
  • The ability to work as part of a team is important as is a tactful approach to dealing with tenants with the ability to show empathy with the social aims and values of the organisation.
  • Holding a licence for pesticide application and the ability to tow trailers is also desirable.
  • You will be required to undertake a Basic DBS Check.
