Assistant to join our expanding Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your finance career within a supportive team, where you'll play a key role as a Finance Assistant in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Working closely with the Senior Finance Assistant, you'll support a range of finance activities, including:
- Processing purchase invoices through our finance system and preparing payments in line with financial deadlines and best practice.
- Supporting the wider Finance team by gathering and providing information from finance systems for audits, budgets and period-end processes.
- Assisting with general finance administration and helping to maintain accurate financial records.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers to provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a Finance Assistant who is organised, accurate and motivated, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- 5 GCSEs at Grade A*-C / Grade 4 or above (or Functional Skills Level 2 equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel, particularly pivot tables and lookups.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- A self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic approach, with a focus on delivering results.

We can offer a Finance Assistant
