We currently have a great opportunity for a Case Consultant to join our team. Day in the life of a Case Consultant

As a Case Consultant, you will act as the organisation's specialist lead for complex customer and community cases. Working closely with housing teams, senior leaders, and partner agencies, you will support the resolution of challenging situations involving anti‑social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, domestic abuse, tenancy sustainment, and vulnerability. Your expertise will help ensure customers receive the right support while promoting safer and more sustainable communities.

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: complex housing management, tenancy sustainment, anti‑social behaviour (ASB), safeguarding, domestic abuse, or other related fields.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with external partners, including Local Authorities, the NHS, Police, and wider community-based support services.
  • A relevant professional qualification, or evidence of working towards one.
  • Membership of, or a commitment to working towards membership of, an appropriate professional body.
  • The ability to lead and coordinate complex case reviews, working effectively with operational teams, senior leaders, and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of housing law, safeguarding responsibilities, and regulatory requirements, enabling you to make informed decisions, manage risk effectively, and ensure residents receive safe and compliant support.

We can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 31 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
